DEMURRAGE

It is the charge made to customers for using containers that exceed free days period, pre established by the line.

  • DEMURRAGE PAYMENT SYSTEM AND ISSUANCE OF MEMO FOR EMPTY CONTAINER RETURN TO DEPOT:

    The payment of the demurrage must be done before obtaining the Delivery Order in any of the bank accounts of Hansa Servicios Marítimos S.A.C. through cash deposit or bank transfer. The amount to be paid for this concept can be consulted through the port agent's web platform. After payment, it is necessary to contact TRANSMERIDIAN for the Delivery Order process. Once completed, the Memo will be sent electronically to the Container Depot. No physical Memo is issued.

    Please request it by mail to HANSERMAR S.A.C. To E-mail: demoras@hansermar.com.pe (indicate BL MASTER number or container number and company name of the customs agency that will make the dispatch).
